ORDINANCE NO. 95- 41
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED SOUTH OF 33RD AVENUE NORTH AND EAST
OF XENIUM LANE NORTH (95035)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development District) to R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) with respect to the hereinafter described property:
The North 330 feet of the West 330 feet of the North 1/2 of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, as
measured on the North and West lines thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council this 1st day of August, 1995.
