ORDINANCE NO. 95-38
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ZACHARY
LANE AND OLD ROCKFORD ROAD (95043)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development District) to R-lA (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) with respect to the hereinafter described property:
All that part of the East 269.5 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
lying south of Rockford Road in Section 14, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to Zachary Lane and Subject to
easements of record.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this Tuesday, the 11th day of July, 1995.
