ORDINANCE NO. 95- 33
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF SCHMIDT
LAKE ROAD AND NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (95053)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development District) to R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) with respect to the hereinafter described property:
4795 Ouinwood Lane North
That part of Tract B, RLS No. 466, described as beginning at the southeast
corner of Tract A, RLS No. 1240, thence westerly to the southwest corner
thereof, thence south 18 degrees east to the northerly line of 47th Avenue
North, thence easterly and northerly along said northerly line to beginning,
Section 10, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Tract A, RLS No. 1240, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
4815 Ouinwood Lane North
Tract D, RLS No. 466, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The easterly 180 feet of Tract G, RLS No. 466, also Outlot B of West Medicine
Lake Terrace 2nd Addition, Section 10, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

thereof, and that part of Tracts A and B of said RLS No 466 lying southerly of
47th Avenue North as described in Doc. No. 1751926, also Outlot A of West
Medicine Lake Terrace 2nd Addition subject to roads, Section 10, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Beginning at a point in the north line of Tract B, RLS No. 466, a distance of
397.56 feet west from the northeast corner thereof, thence south to a point in
northerly line of Tract A distant 109.46 feet easterly as measured along said
northerly line from the northeast corner of Tract C, thence westerly along said
northerly line to the northeast corner of Tract C, thence westerly to the
northwest corner thereof, thence south to the southwest corner thereof, thence
south to the southwest corner of Tract D, thence south 18 degrees east to the
southerly line of Tract B, thence westerly along the southerly line thereof to the
southwest corner thereof, thence north to northwest corner thereof, thence east
to beginning, subject to road, Section 10, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 6, 1995.
