Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development District) to R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence District) with respect to the hereinafter described property: 3704 Rosewood Lane North Commencing at a point in north line of south 1/2 of southeast 1/4 of southeast 1/4 a distance of 669.7 feet east from northwest corner thereof; thence south at right angles 100 feet; thence east at right angles to center line of west medicine Lake Road; thence northwesterly along said center line to said north line; thence west to beginning, except road 3708 Rosewood Lane North South 188 feet of that part of north 1/2 of southeast 1/4 of southeast 1/4 lying east of west 669.7 feet thereof and west of road. 3712 Rosewood Lane North All that part of tract B lying southerly of a line drawn from a point of the westerly line of said tract B 100 feet northerly from the southwesterly corner thereof to a point on the easterly line of said tract B 115.55 feet northerly from the southeasterly corner of thereof registered land survey No. 652. 3716 Rosewood Lane North That part of tract B lying north of a line running from a point in the west line of said tract B a distance of 100 feet northerly from the southwest corner thereof to a point in the east line a distance of 115.55 feet northerly from the southeast corner thereof.
