AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN
LANDS LOCATED WEST OF NORTHWEST BLVD. AND SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD

Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development
District) to R-lA (Low Density Residence District) with respect to the hereinafter described
property:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies southeasterly
of County State Aid Highway No. 9 and southwesterly of the centerline of West
Medicine Lake Drive excepting that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of County State
Aid Highway No. 9 with the West line of said Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter;
thence South along said west line 495 feet; thence East to the centerline of West
Medicine Lake Drive; thence northwesterly along said centerline to the centerline of
said Highway No. 9; thence southwesterly along said centerline to the point of
beginning,
and
That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point in the west
line of the West half of the Southeast Quarter distant 370.51 feet north from the
southwest corner of the North Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter; thence east 706.5 feet; thence south to the south line of the North Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence east to the southeast corner
thereof; thence north to the northeast corner of the South Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence west to a point 324.65 feet east from the
northwest corner thereof; thence deflecting 56 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds to the
right 185.63 feet; thence deflecting 40 degrees 28 minutes to the left 71.8 feet; thence
deflecting 52 degrees to the left to the west line of the Southeast Quarter; thence south
to the point of beginning,
and
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows to -wit: Commencing at the
southwest corner of the North Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 15; thence north along the west line of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 15 a distance of 370.51 feet; thence easterly at a

deflection angle to the right of 89 degrees 29 minutes a distance of 706.5 feet; thence
south parallel with the west line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15 to the
South line of the North Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 15; thence west along said south line of the North Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15, to the point of
beginning. Subject to an easement for right of way over the west 16.5 feet thereof,
Lying southeasterly and easterly of a line described as commencing at the
southwest corner of the North Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22; thence North 89 degrees 46
minutes 50 seconds East on an assumed bearing, along the south line of said North
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 134.00 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence northeasterly 316.12 feet along a non-
tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 465.00 feet, a central angle
of 38 degrees 57 minutes 02 seconds and a chord which bears North 49 degrees 23
minutes 53 seconds East; thence northeasterly and northerly 607.80 feet along a
reverse curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 542.67 feet and a central
angle of 64 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds to the north line of said South Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15 and there terminating.

Residence District) with respect to the hereinafter described property:

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 2nd day of May 1995.
