ORDINANCE NO. 95-5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 405.70 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read as
follows:
405.70. Board
notice to the appellant
at least five (5) business days'
Tor hearing the appeal and within 30 days after said appeal is filed, the Board of Appeals
shall hold a hearing thereon. The Board of Appeals may recommend to the City Council
that the order be reversed, modified or affirmed in whole or in part.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED this 17th day of January 1995, by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth.
