HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1995-03CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 95- 3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 200 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE RELATING TO CITY COUNCIL MEETING ORDER OF BUSINESS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Subsection 200.15 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read: 200.15. Order of Business. At the hour appointed for the meeting, the members shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer. The Council Secretary shall call the roll and note the absentees. Council business shall be conducted in the following order: (a) Went inveeafien Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. (b) Preset fens. Roll Call. (c) Consent Agenda. Plymouth Forum. (d) Minutes: Presentations and Public Information Announcements. (e) Public —Hearings. Approve Agenda. (fl Pefifiens, Requests and Communieat s. Consent Agenda. (g) Repei4s of Offleers, Beards and Gemmissieiis. Public Hearings. (h) General Business. (i) Reports and Staff Recommendations. Adjournment. In order to accommodate persons in the Council Chambers waiting to be heard, the Presiding Officer may vary the above order; but public hearings shall be held at the time set in the notice of such hearings. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance is effective upon approval by the City Council of the City of Plymouth.
