MEMO
CITY OF PLYMOUTH
3400 PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD, PLYMOUTH, MN 55447
DATE:Dec. 6, 1996
TO: City Council
FROM:Council IT sub-committee
SUBJECT: Nov. 27 meeting
On Nov. 27, the Council IT sub-committee had a chance to meet with staff to review
concerns about the new software systems project (David Anderson, Tim Wold, Dwight
Johnson, Dale Hahn and Stan Birnbaum were present at the meeting).
The group had a chance to review issues with the project and identify differences
between our project and the Met Council project.
The group determined that the City's management of the project is sound and that
going forward with the implementation continues to be in the City's interest. We
anticipate a successful Jan. 1 implementation. Staff are working closely to resolve all
issues related to vendor performance.
