R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L AWFUL G AMBLING A PPLICATION OF
P LYMOUTH L IONS AT
L AGO T ACO, 3500 V ICKSBURG L ANE N ORTH #500
WHEREAS, Plymouth Lions has submitted a premise permit application to conduct lawful gambling at
Lago Tacos, 3500 Vicksburg Lane North #500; and
WHEREAS, this organization and the location meet the requirements of Section 1105 of the Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lawful gambling application of Plymouth Lions at Lago Tacos, 3500 Vicksburg Lane
North #500 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of April, 2024.
