R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L AWFUL G AMBLING A PPLICATION OF
V ET P ARTNERS C ARES I NC. AT
B REW P ARK, 2605 F ERNBROOK L ANE N, S UITE J
WHEREAS, Vet Partners Cares Inc. has submitted a premise permit application to conduct lawful
gambling at Brew Park, 2605 Fernbrook Lane N, Suite J; and
WHEREAS, this organization and the location meet the requirements of Section 1105 of the Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lawful gambling application of Vet Partners Cares Inc. at Brew Park, 2605 Fernbrook
Lane N, Suite J is approved.
