O RDINANCE A MENDING THE P LYMOUTH C ITY C HARTER
Ordinance No. 2024-11 amends the Plymouth City Charter sections 2.05, 2.07, 3.11, 5.02, 5.07,
7.09, 7.14, 12.13, and 12.14 regarding updating outdated language, clarifying text, and amending the
community improvement fund.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerkâs Office during
regular office hours.
