R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-SALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATION WITH S UNDAY S ALES OF 10 ATE 20 LLC
D/B/A L ATUFF’S P IZZERIA, 10820 S TATE H IGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, 10ate20 LLC d/b/a Latuff’s Pizzeria, 10820 State Highway 55, has submitted
application for On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License with Sunday Sales for a restaurant located at 10820
State Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License application with Sunday Sales of 10820 State
Highway 55, is approved for a license period that will expire January 31, 2025.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the city receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of March, 2024.
