C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-107
R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING W ARD 3 C OUNCIL M EMBER
WHEREAS, Council Member Jim Davis resigned from the Ward 3 seat effective February 12,
2024; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Davis’s term was slated to expire on January 6, 2025; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions in the City Charter to fill council vacancies, the City
Council solicited applications from eligible Ward 3 residents and conducted interviews at a Special
Meeting on March 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Catherine Cesnik is appointed to the Ward 3 Council Seat for a term to expire
January 6, 2025.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of March, 2024.
