C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-092
R ESOLUTION APPROVING THE D ESIGN AND O RDER A DVERTISEMENT FOR B IDS FOR
S CHMIDT W OODS P ARK (PR240002)
WHEREAS, Schmidt Woods Park is approximately 12 acres located at 4815 Holly Lane N.; and
WHEREAS, it is included in the 2024-2033 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) with construction
scheduled for 2024; and
WHEREAS, the development will include both active and passive recreation opportunities; and
WHEREAS, bids for the construction of the park project and project award recommendation is
anticipated to take place in April 2024; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project is expected to be from the Park Dedication Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Council hereby authorizes the design and advertisement for bids for Schmidt
Woods Park (PR240002).
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of March, 2024.
