ORDINANCE No. 2024-04
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 16700 CHANKAHDA TRAIL (2023068)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from
FRD(future restricted development)to RSF-3 (single family detached 3)with respect to the roughly
10.6-acre site presently addressed as 16700 Chankanda Trail, and presently legally described as follows:
The North half of the Northwest quarter of Section 5,Township 118, Range 22 except the west
2,278 feet thereof, as measured along the north line and south line of said North half, according
to the United States Government survey thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date.This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on this 12th day of March, 2024.
