Special Council Meeting
February 26, 2024
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. at Plymouth
City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on February 26, 2024.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Peterson, Willis, Gregor, and Pointner.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmember McGregor.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister and Deputy City Manager Solano.
Declare vacancy in Ward 1 council seat and establish process to fill vacancy
Kim Vohs, 1304 West Medicine Lake Drive, expressed interest in the Ward 3 council seat.
Marc Anderson, 16905 49th Place North, expressed interest in the Ward 1 council seat.
The City Council discussed the vacancy and directed staff to post the Ward 1 council vacancy application
with a March 6 deadline to coincide with the Ward 3 council vacancy process. Council scheduled a
special meeting at 12 p.m. on Friday, March 8 to review applications.
Motion was made by Councilmember Willis and seconded by Councilmember Gregor, to adopt
Resolution No. 2024‐087 declaring vacancy for Ward 1 council seat. With all members voting in favor, the
motion carried.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
