R ESOLUTION A PPROVING O N-SALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATION WITH S UNDAY S ALES OF L AGO P LYMOUTH LLC
D/B/A L AGO T ACOS, 3500 V ICKSBURG L ANE N ORTH #500
WHEREAS, Lago Plymouth LLC d/b/a Lago Tacos, 3500 Vicksburg Lane North #500, has
submitted application for On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License with Sunday Sales for a restaurant located
at 3500 Vicksburg Lane North #500; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License application with Sunday Sales of 3500
Vicksburg Lane North #500, is approved for a license period that will expire January 31, 2025.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the city receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 6th day of February, 2024.
