R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION OF
CAPL R ETAIL LLC D/B/A J OE’S K WIK M ART,
4140 B ERKSHIRE L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, CAPL Retail LLC d/b/a Joe’s Kwik Mart, has submitted a tobacco license application
for Joe’s Kwik Mart located at 4140 Berkshire Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the license fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by CAPL Retail LLC for Joe’s Kwik Mart at
4140 Berkshire Lane North is approved for a license period to expire December 31, 2024.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 6th day of February, 2024.
