R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-057
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING S UPPLEMENTAL A GREEMENT FOR THE
36 TH A VENUE R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST250002)
WHEREAS, the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project is listed in the amended 2023 Capital
Improvement Plan (2024-2032); and
WEREAS, the project includes rehabilitation of 36th Avenue from Zachary Lane to just west of
State Highway 169; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was previously sent to engineering firms that have expertise
to deliver preliminary design and Bolton and Menk, Inc. was selected and designated engineer for the
project; and
WHEREAS, Bolton and Menk, Inc. has successfully delivered preliminary design and is proposed
to complete final design for the project; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the supplemental agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. to
deliver final design for the project be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the supplemental agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the amount of $366,995 is
hereby approved.
