January 31, 2024
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Cedar
Room of the Plymouth Community Center, 14800 34th Avenue North, on January 31, 2024.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Peterson, Gregor, Pointner, Willis,
McGregor.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmember Davis.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Park and Recreation
Director Tomlinson, Human Resources Director Timpone, Finance Director Rich, Public Safety Director
Fadden, Fire Chief Coppa, Community and Economic Development Manager Fernelius, Public Works
Director Thompson, Management Intern Nwachi and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Council Strategic Workshop
Council and the staff senior leadership team met to refine and affirm shared expectations and strategic
priorities.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 8:02 p.m.
