R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F ILLING OF W ETLANDS
AND THE W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN A PPLICATION
FOR THE C HELSEA W OODS D RAINAGE I MPROVEMENT P ROJECT
NW & NE ¼, S ECTION 29, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth proposes to mitigate for wetland impacts associated with the
Chelsea Woods Drainage Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Chelsea Woods Drainage Improvement Project
shall be in the form of 1,282 square feet (0.0294 acre) of wetland bank credits from Wetland
Bank #1762 (Butterfly Marsh – Anoka County); and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan application for the Chelsea
Woods Drainage Improvement Project is approved and subject to the condition that prior to wetland
impacts, the city shall submit a fully executed application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the
Minnesota Wetland Bank.
