R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE E XTENSION OF THE I NDOOR S EATING A REA
TO THE O N-S ALE I NTOXICATING L IQUOR L ICENSE WITH S UNDAY S ALES OF
R OCK E LM P LYMOUTH, LLC D/B/A R OCK E LM T AVERN,
16605 C OUNTY R OAD 24, S UITE 211
WHEREAS, Rock Elm Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Rock Elm Tavern, has submitted a request to expand
the premises of their on-sale intoxicating liquor license with Sunday sales to include the neighboring
unit’s indoor seating area located at 16605 County Road 24, Suite 211; and
WHEREAS, the new unit’s indoor seating area is contiguous to the current building per the
requirements of the licensed premises; and
WHEREAS, the extension of the premises upon the Administrative Plan Modification has
received approval from Community and Economic Development Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the extension of the indoor seating area to serve liquor submitted by Rock Elm
Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Rock Elm Tavern at 16605 County Road 24, Suite 211 has been approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of January, 2024.
