R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-035
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L OCAL R OAD I MPROVEMENT P ROGRAM (LRIP)
G RANT T ERMS AND C ONDITIONS
SAP 155-210-003
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has applied to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant from
the Local Road Improvement Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has given notice that funding for this project is
available; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $1,117,495 by reason of the proposal
and contract for professional design services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth does hereby agree to the terms
and conditions of the grant consistent with Minnesota Statutes, section 174.52, and will pay any additional
amount by which the cost exceeds the estimate and will return to the Local Road Improvement Fund any
amount appropriated for the project but not required. The mayor and city manager are authorized to
execute a grant agreement and any amendments thereto with the Commissioner of Transportation
concerning the above-referenced grant.
