R ESOLUTION A PPROVING P LANS AND S PECIFICATIONS
FOR THE 15 TH A VENUE I MPROVEMENT P ROJECT (ST220003)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted January 23, 2024, the
City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for improvement No. ST220003, the
improvement of the 15th Avenue Improvement Project including 15th Avenue north of South
Shore Drive by reconstruction of streets, installation of concrete curb and gutter, installation of
water main, and all necessary appurtenances, and has presented such Plans and Specifications
to the council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 23rd day of January, 2024.
