Special Council Meeting
January 9, 2024
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. at Plymouth
City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on January 9, 2024.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Pointner, Peterson, Gregor, and
McGregor.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: Davis.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, City Attorney Mattick,
Community and Economic Development Director Fernelius, Planning and Development Manager
McGuire, Engineering Services Manager McKenzie, and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
Closed Meeting per State Statute 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), attorney-client
privilege to discuss threatened litigation by Eagle Brook Church with respect to its
land use applications for the property at 17910 Chankahda Trail
At 6:01 p.m. Mayor Wosje announced the council would be closing the meeting per State Statute
13D.05, subdivision 3(b), attorney‐client privilege to discuss threatened litigation by Eagle Brook Church
with respect to its land use applications for the property at 17910 Chankahda Trail.
City Attorney Mattick explained the reasoning for the closed meeting per the attached Affidavit of Soren
M. Mattick dated January 9, 2024.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
