R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-017
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR
F INAL D ESIGN E NGINEERING AND C ONSTRUCTION E NGINEERING FOR THE
2024 S ANITARY S EWER L INING P ROJECT (SS249001)
WHEREAS, the 2024 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project is listed in the approved 2024-2032 Capital
Improvement Plan; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received and evaluated by city staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends Stantec Consulting Services Inc., be designated as the consulting
engineer for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Stantec Consulting Services Inc., is designated as the city’s consulting engineer for the
said project in the amount of $176,456, and the mayor and city manager are hereby authorized to sign
the professional services agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding for these services shall be from the Sewer Fund.
