C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-010
A PPROVING P LYMOUTH M ETROLINK C LICK AND R IDE TO ACCEPT T RANSIT A SSISTANCE P ROGRAM
(TAP) AND P ROVIDE F REE R IDES TO Q UALIFIED V ETERANS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services through Plymouth Metrolink; and
WHEREAS, Click and Ride is part of Plymouth Metrolink transit services; and
WHEREAS, the goal of the City of Plymouth is to provide high quality public transit service to all; and
WHEREAS, this proposed Click and Ride fare policy change will help disadvantaged members of the
community to have access to affordable public transit service; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Metrolink staff recommends this fare policy change to be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
Minnesota that the proposed fare policy change for Plymouth Metrolink Click and Ride to accept transit
assistance program (TAP) and provide free rides to qualified Veterans is hereby approved.
Approved by the City Council on this 9th day of January, 2024.
