R ESOLUTION N O. 2024-008
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE 2024-2025 L ABOR A GREEMENT
B ETWEEN THE C ITY OF P LYMOUTH AND
I NTERNATIONAL A SSOCIATION OF F IREFIGHTERS (IAFF)-- L OCAL #5159
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and International Association of Firefighters
(IAFF), representing Plymouth Firefighters and Fire Captains have met to negotiate a labor contract in
accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations Act; and
WHEREAS, the city manager has reported that an agreement has been reached for the period of
January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the mayor and the city manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it does approve the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and IAFF
Firefighters and Fire Captains, for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of January, 2024.
