C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-321
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDED 2024-2032 C APITAL I MPROVEMENT P LAN
WHEREAS, beginning with the 2024/25 budget cycle, the biennial budget will be
comprised of operating budget performed in odd years and capital budgets performed in even years;
WHEREAS, the operating budget for 2024/25 was completed this year with an amended
2024-2032 Capital Improvement Plan to bridge until the capital budget is performed in 2024;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed amended 2024-2032
Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Plymouth on November 15, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed amended
2024-2032 Capital Improvement Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Amended 2024-2032 Capital Improvement Plan is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2023.
