R ESOLUTION D ENYING W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF L & P E NTERPRISES, LLC D/B/A L UCKY S TREET
T HAI S TREET F OOD A ND S USHI, 1400 C OUNTY R OAD 101, U NIT I
WHEREAS, L & P ENTERPRISES, LLC d/b/a Lucky Street Thai Street Food And Sushi, 1400 County
Road 101, Unit 1, has submitted applications for Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor for a
restaurant located at 1400 County Road 101, Unit I; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of L & P
ENTERPRISES, LLC d/b/a Lucky Street Thai Street Food And Sushi, 1400 County Road 101, Unit 1, are
denied.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2023.
