R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION OF
K ELLI AND G RAY, LLC D/B/A M ERWIN L IQUOR,
10200 6 TH A VENUE N ORTH, #101
WHEREAS, Kelli and Gray, LLC d/b/a Merwin Liquor, has submitted a tobacco license application
for Merwin Liquor located at 10200 6th Avenue North, #101; and
WHEREAS, the license fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Kelli and Gray, LLC for Merwin Liquor at
10200 6th Avenue North #101 is approved for a license period to expire December 31, 2024.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2023.
