HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2023-311 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-311 R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING S TREETS FOR C ONTINUAL M AINTENANCE FOR M EADOW R IDGE E STATES (2018014) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 13, 2021, R&R Island View, LLC, developer of Meadow Ridge Estates (2018014), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer completed the streets in the fall of 2022, and staff recommends using December 1, 2022 as the street acceptance date; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the completed work. APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2023.
