C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-305
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 2024 S OCIAL S ERVICES AND C OMMUNITY F UNDING
WHEREAS, as part of preparing the 2024 budget, the City Council discussed funding to social service
agencies and community organizations that provide services to Plymouth residents; and
WHEREAS, the total amount of social services funding for 2024 is $109,702 which is identical to the
2023 funding; and
WHEREAS, this also includes $15,000 in funding to community organizations including Plymouth
Rockers and Plymouth Arts Council; and
WHEREAS, this funding is included in the 2024 budget which is scheduled for adoption on December
12, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the 2024 social services and community funding in the amount of $124,702 as contained
in the 2024 budget is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2023.
