C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-302
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 2024 R EFUSE H AULER L ICENSES
WHEREAS, the city has received applications for 2024 refuse hauler licenses; and
WHEREAS, all license fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that refuse hauler licenses are approved for the following for the period January 1 through
December 31, 2024:
1. Ace Solid Waste, Inc.
2. Anderson’s Dumpster Box Service, Inc.
3. Aspen Waste Systems of MN Inc.
4. Buckingham Companies
5. Curbside Waste, Inc.
6. Dick’s Sanitation Service, Inc.
7. Le Page and Sons, Inc.
8. Lightning Disposal, Inc.
9. Nitti Sanitation, Inc.
10. Republic Services, Inc.
11. Suburban Waste Services
12. Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of December, 2023.
