ORDINANCE AMENDING RATES AND FEES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1016 of the Plymouth City Code concerning park facilities fees is amended as
follows:

* Facility Manager has the authority to adjust an hourly fee within 48 hours of a potential rental date if the facility is still available for
rent.
* State sales tax will be added per state statute.
1. Plymouth Ice Center and Plymouth Community Center fees,as amended by Ord. No.2023-16,shall become
effective January 1,2024.

2. Plymouth Fieldhouse fees,as amended by Ord. No.2023-16,shall become effective November 1,2023.
SECTION 2.This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage with new fee
changes implemented immediately upon passage except for the following:
1. Plymouth Ice Center and Plymouth Community Center fees shall become
effective January 1, 2024.
2. Plymouth Community Center Fieldhouse fees shall become effective November
1, 2023.
