HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2023-277 CITY OF PLYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-277 R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A T WO-Y EAR E XTENSION OF A PPROVALS FOR P ARKERA A PARTMENTS FOR P ROPERTY L OCATED AT 16900 37 TH P LACE N ORTH (P ARKERA P LYMOUTH, LLC AND I NVEST P LYMOUTH I, LLC – 2021078) WHEREAS, Parkera Plymouth, LLC and Invest Plymouth I, LLC have requested a two-year extension of the PUD final plan approved for property legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, “Parkera Plymouth Addition,” Hennepin County, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Parkera Plymouth, LLC and Invest Plymouth I, LLC for a two-year extension of the PUD final plan approved for property located at 16900 37th Place North, subject to the following conditions: 1. A two-year extension is hereby granted subject to the findings and conditions listed in: a. Final Plat Resolution 2021-320, approved on November 23, 2021; and b. PUD final plan approved on November 30, 2021; and c. PUD final plan extension approval on March 31, 2022 2. The PUD final plan shall now expire on November 30, 2025.
