R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-271
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A CQUISITION OF E ASEMENTS AT
1705 F ERNBROOK L ANE FOR THE
2023 S TREET R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST239002)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth requires permanent easements for construction of
improvements with the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project (ST239002); and
WHEREAS, Lawrence McRoberts and Annie Allen, are grantors “Owner” of real property located
within the City of Plymouth as legally described as that part of Lot 6, Block 1, Raths 1st Addition,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the owner and seller have agreed to grant the city permanent easements over a
portion of the property located at 1705 Fernbrook Lane legally described within the Grant of Permanent
Easement document (the “Easement”); and
WHEREAS, the city has agreed to pay the Owner $9,800 as compensation in full for their
granting the permanent easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the permanent easements and payment of $9,800 to the Owner are approved.
