Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2023-265 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-265 R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENTS TO I CE A RENA R ATES AND P RIORITY U SE, P ARK F ACILITIES R ENTAL, P LYMOUTH C OMMUNITY C ENTER, T OBACCO, AND E LECTRONIC C IGARETTES P OLICIES WHEREAS, on annual basis, city staff reviews policies relating to various city parks facilities and programs; and WHEREAS, on September 14, 2023, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommended amendments to the Ice Arena Rates and Priority Use, Park Facilities Rental, Plymouth Community Center, Tobacco and Electronic Cigarettes Policies. NOW, THERFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that amendments to the Ice Arena Rates and Priority Use, Park Facilities Rental, Plymouth Community Center, Tobacco and Electronic Cigarettes Policies are approved. APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of October, 2023.
