C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-260
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING P URCHASE OF W HEEL L OADER WITH SNOW EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan and 2024 budget include the purchase of one
wheel loader with snow equipment; and
WHEREAS, the city may make purchases off the state contract; and
WHEREAS, RDO Equipment Co, has a contract with the state for wheel loaders and related accessories,
State Contract No. 221533; and
WHEREAS, the disposal of the existing assets; wheel loader and plow, shall be through auction in 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the purchase of one current model loader and related snow equipment from RDO Equipment
Co. is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the amount due to RDO Equipment is $305,689 for wheel loader and snow
equipment (no sales tax is due). A total expenditure of $305,689.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funding would come from Central Equipment Fund 600-70-760-76001-
8100.500 in the amount of $305,689.
