R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-246
R ESOLUTION A MENDING P OLICY R ELATING TO C HARITABLE G AMBLING F UNDS U SAGE
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a policy relating to charitable gambling funds usage;
and
WHEREAS, this policy is periodically reviewed for desired changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the policy relating to charitable gambling funds usage is amended to update the
guidelines for how funds must be distributed by the city to include:
1. Plymouth Civic League (Music in Plymouth) shall receive 40% of the annual collections
from the previous calendar year, not to exceed $50,000 per year.
2. Community arts programs, including but not limited to community concerts, that are
free and open to the public.
