R ESOLUTION N O. 2023-243
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C OOPERATIVE A GREEMENT WITH H ENNEPIN C OUNTY FOR THE
2023 G LEASON L AKE D RIVE I MPROVEMENTS P ROJECT (ST239001)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has scheduled improvements to Gleason Lake Drive from
Vicksburg Lane/Black Oaks Lane/Townes Road to Carlson Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the project includes reconstruction of the Gleason Lake Drive/Vicksburg Lane/County
Road 15 intersection; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth desires to enter into a cooperative agreement with Hennepin County for
the constructed improvements; and
WHEREAS, Agreement PW 13-17-23 outlines project roles, financial contributions for the
improvements, and long-term maintenance responsibilities for project elements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Agreement PW 13-17-23 between the City of Plymouth and Hennepin County is
approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to execute the agreement.
