RESOLUTION NO. 2023-233
RESOLUTION APPROVING TOBACCO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR
JERRY’S ENTERPRISES, INC. D/B/A CUB FOODS,10200 6TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Cub Foods, has submitted a tobacco license for Cub
Foods located at 10200 6th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the pro-rated license fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. for Cub Foods at
10200 6th Avenue North is approved for a license period to expire December 31, 2023.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of September, 2023.
