CSM/Lowes Redevelopment Project.

A. City of Plymouth. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment related to the regulation of
exterior lighting, including internally illuminated signs. The amendment is based on a
model lighting ordinance prepared by the International Dark Sky Association.

District) to RSF-1 (Single Dwelling District), preliminary plat, and variances for
Sleepy Hollow Woods”, a development of five lots on the five-acre parcel located at
