All items listed on the consent agenda* are considered to be routine by the Planning Commission
and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a
Commissioner, citizen or petitioner so requests, in which event the item will be removed from
the consent agenda and considered in normal sequence on the agenda.

C. Jack and Carol Amis. Approve variance to encroach five feet into the rear yard
setback where six feet is required for an existing 9-foot by 10-foot shed for property
located at 2920 Pilgrim Lane North. (2004096)

A. Untiedt’s Garden Market. Interim use permit to allow a seasonal farmer’s market in
the C-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District for property located at 1605
