B. Mohagen Hansen Architectural Group. Rezoning from FRD (Future Restricted
Development) to B-C (Business Campus), preliminary plat, site plan, conditional use permit,
and variances to allow an 11-unit office condominium development on a roughly 3.7-acre

C. Selective Site Consultants, Inc. Conditional use permit to allow a 75-foot monopole antenna
