A. SVK Development. Rezoning from FRD (Future Restricted Development District) to
RSF-3 (Single Family Detached 3) and a preliminary plat for “Hidden Meadows at
Curtis Lake” to create five single-family lots for property located on the south side of
West Medicine Lake Drive and approximately 300 feet west of Northwest Boulevard.
