CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed on the consent agenda* are considered to be routine by the Planning Commission
and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a
Commissioner, citizen or petitioner so requests, in which event the item will be removed from
the consent agenda and considered in normal sequence on the agenda.

A. Approve the November 15, 2006 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes.
B. RCV Homes/Loch Development. Approve rear yard setback variances to allow
construction of a deck with stairway for each building within the Plymouth Office
Plaza development for property located south of Old Rockford Road at 45th Avenue

C. Kathy and Doug Burkett. Approve variance to allow an addition to be set back 60
feet from Parkers Lake where the zoning ordinance requires 75 feet for property
located at 14820 13th Place North. (2006101)
