CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed on the consent agenda* are considered to be routine by the Planning Commission
and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a
Commissioner, citizen or petitioner so requests, in which event the item will be removed from
the consent agenda and considered in normal sequence on the agenda.

A. Approve the June 7, 2006 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes.
B. Wayzata Public Schools. Approve site plan amendment to allow a parking lot
expansion at Plymouth Creek Christian Church located at 16000 41st Avenue North.
The parking expansion would be used as a joint parking area for Plymouth Creek
Christian Church and Plymouth Creek Elementary School. (2006033)
C. Larson Engineering of Minnesota. Approve site plan amendment to allow for
pavement rehabilitation and associated site improvements at The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-Day Saints for property located at 330 Vicksburg Lane North.

A. T-Mobile USA. Conditional use permit to construct a 100-foot monopole tower for
telecommunication antennas and related equipment at 15605 32nd Avenue North.

B. Dmitri Smirnov and Maria Kouznetsova. Preliminary plat and final plat to create
two lots to be called “Jirehel Addition” for property located at 755 Windemere Drive.
