A. Greg Hoglund and Gary Anderson. Comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning,
preliminary plat and variances to create two lots to be known as “Homeland” for
property located at 4520 Holly Lane. (2007060)
B. Duke Realty. Site plan, conditional use permits, and variances for two four-story
office buildings for property located in the northwest quadrant of State Highway 55
