C. Skyline Design. Approve variances to front yard setback and impervious surface
area coverage to allow construction of a room addition for property located at 1895

A. Gartner Engineering, LLC. Preliminary plat to allow “Gutlovics Addition” for three
single family lots located at the northwest corner of the intersection of 26th Avenue

Assisted Living of Plymouth, an assisted living community that would contain 75
residential rooms in three one-level buildings for property located at 3855 County
